Cant get it to work

This isnt a complaint about the quality of the app itself. I paid $6 and I cant download it to my iPad2. Ive got the most recent version of iTunes on it and its showing as purchased but it wont install.
I hate to leave a poor review since I love the site and recipes (and I will change it once resolved), but I would like this resolved soon and the automatic e-mail generated back didnt leave me confident that this would be handled quickly.
